    First Service Mortgage, Inc. (FSM) was founded and established in September 1995 in Atlanta, Georgia. Tony Bryant, FSM President and a native Atlantian, began his career in the mortgage industry in 1992. First Service Mortgage opened its doors in October 1995 in College Park, Georgia with four employees.

    First Service Mortgage's initial objective was to provide service to Atlanta's Southside in the equality of home buying, quality service and loan programs as well as a convenient and accessible location. First Service Mortgage has grown from being a Mortgage Broker to a Mortgage Lender providing quality services to our community and borrowers. In April 1999 First Service Mortgage purchased its present facility located at 3581 Main Street in College Park, Georgia. 

First Service Mortgage has offices in Alabama and Louisiana.

    Our mission is to provide fair lending practices, top quality loan services and products to the community; to educate borrowers in the home-buying process, to provide employment opportunities and personal growth.
